YOUR PACE. YOUR DIRECTION.Less noise.
Better decisions.
Health information can feel like a maze. A useful guide should help you see what is known, what remains uncertain, and which choices are yours to make.
Find the signal.
Plain explanations of evidence, without turning complex questions into easy promises.
Your next step.
Your own direction.
Explore how a question could become a clearer choice. Select a real-life scenario. Each is a scripted illustration of a proposed experience, not live medical or coaching advice.
Start with what matters to you.
A proposed conversation begins with your question, in your own words. This example explores understanding information rather than receiving a personalised prescription.

What is being built?
IPSODYS is developing an evidence-informed health guide for web and mobile. The ambition is to make information easier to understand while respecting uncertainty and the person making the decision.

The person behind IPSODYS.
The thinking behind the direction.
Dr. Víctor Pijoan Ortega
Víctor is a Spanish physician with an international medical background. He studied Medicine at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences and pursued further training in Medical Aesthetics at the University of the Balearic Islands.
His clinical experience spans aesthetic medicine, regenerative approaches, musculoskeletal health and hospital emergency care. It has shaped a conviction at the heart of IPSODYS: medical knowledge should be understandable, its limits visible, and the person making the decision respected.
Beyond medicine, he is an athlete committed to discipline, continuous learning and sustainable progress. Movement, nutrition, recovery and longevity are connected parts of that perspective.
He founded IPSODYS to make evidence-informed health knowledge more accessible and useful in everyday life, while preserving uncertainty, autonomy and the value of professional care.
